About the role
You will work across a cluster of stores for 3–6 months to gain comprehensive management training, then be placed in your own department or store within 50 miles of your home.
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple store formats as part of the training programme.
- Comply with all safety, legal and operational standards.
- Manage daily store operations: lead staff meetings, deliver updates, ensure store performance.
- Support team members in design, customer projects, and stock management.
- Travel within the cluster as required during the designate period.
