Customer Advisor - Digital Hub (Full time 36.75 hours per week or Part time - 28.75 or 15 hours per week). 3-month fixed term contract. Shifts available Monday–Sunday, 6:00am–10:00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £12.71. B&Q Bury.

What’s the job? Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.

You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
