Overview

Full time, part time or job share. Permanent contract – 18.5 to 36.75 hours per week. Full‑time equivalent £28,741.44 per annum inclusive of hourly store location allowance. +Pension +6.6 weeks holiday.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure smooth operations.
• Deploy colleagues correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout shifts.
• Act as first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store safety at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
• Global view, not constrained to specific store areas.
• Safety conscious with eye for detail to spot compliance.
• Enjoy interacting with colleagues and teamwork.
• Bring energy and motivate those around you.
• Confident and autonomous to make decisions for customers at pace.
