This role is a Showroom Project Coordinator at B&Q Holywood Exchange. Working full time (36.75 hrs) on a permanent contract, you’ll support our showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service for our customers. You’ll work Monday–Sunday, 7:00‑10:00, earning a notional hourly rate of £13.71.
Responsibilities
- Support showroom teams and installers via phone, email and face‑to‑face, keeping customers up to date with their projects until completion.
- Use design software to bring customer projects to life, asking questions and exploring possibilities.
- Recommend the right finance, products and installation options, ensuring the best service for every project.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a motivation to meet targets.
- Problem‑solving and project management abilities, with a keen eye for design.
- Comfortable using technology and confident recommending solutions.
- Flexible to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
