As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- 1. Become an expert advisor and an inspiration to customers.
- 2. Get to know every customer and their home improvement projects.
- 3. Manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store looks great.
- 4. Provide exceptional customer service.
- 5. Receive training in paint-mixing and cutting timber.
We're looking for:
- 1. Happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement.
- 2. Friendly and outgoing, with a desire to assist others.
- 3. Willing to expand skills using new technology and learning new ways of working.
- 4. A great team player, flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
UK Notional hourly rate £12.21 per hour (Plus an additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am) B&Q Kidderminster
- Raising to £12.71 per hour from 1st April (Plus an additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am)
