We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Advertising Executive to join our growing Retail Media team. This role will focus on ad operations and campaign activation across our onsite, offsite, and digital in-store media channels, helping to deliver high-quality campaigns that drive performance for our brand partners and enhance the customer experience. As part of a small, high-performing team in a fast-growing area of the business, you'll need to be flexible and collaborative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a digital marketing or media background who is looking to deepen their experience in retail media and ad operations.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Own the end-to-end setup and delivery of advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless and timely execution across onsite, offsite and digital in-store channels.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (including partnerships, design and media channel teams) and external partners (agencies and tech providers) to manage campaign timelines, gather creative assets, secure approvals, and ensure all campaigns go live on schedule with the correct specifications and tracking in place.
- Monitor live campaign performance to ensure campaigns are delivering as expected. Identify any underperformance or delivery issues early, proactively troubleshoot or elevate where needed, and implement mid-flight optimisations in collaboration with the wider team.
- Support media planning and reporting activities during key trading moments and peak periods, including building simple media plans, checking availability, preparing post campaign analysis decks, and collating performance results across channels.
- Leverage analytics tools such as GA4, internal BI dashboards, and Excel to track, review, and report on key performance indicators such as impressions, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and uplift to ensure campaigns are data-led and insights-driven.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation across platforms and tools including Monday.com: status updates, budget tracking, asset libraries, and post-campaign summaries to ensure team visibility and operational efficiency.
- Experience working in digital media or digital marketing is essential for this role, ideally across a mix of channels such as paid social, paid search, and influencer marketing. Experience in Retail Media is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for delivering campaigns accurately and on time.
- Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using platforms such as GA4, Epsilon/Citrus Ads, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is desired but not essential.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights.
