As a Customer Advisor, you’ll become an expert advisor and an inspiration as well as a guide. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
