What’s the job?
Join our team as a Customer Advisor and become an expert advisor and guide. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Responsibilities include sales, stock management, setting up displays, and keeping the store looking great. You may be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but excellent customer service is your main aim.
What we need
We’re looking for someone who is happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. You’ll be comfortable using new technology and adapting to new ways of working. You should be a strong team player and flexible to work on a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
