B&Q Limited is hiring a Showroom Advisor at the New Malden store. This full-time role (36.75 hours per week) is a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will assist customers with questions, discuss finance options, and use design software to present ideas and options in-store and with installers.
Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7:00–22:00. A £15/hour rate includes individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter and a £3,000 award for top 3–5% performers, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
