Join us as a Paid Social and Display Specialist and you’ll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: This is a hands-on executional role focused exclusively on advertising to directly drive revenue and profit (as opposed to reach and awareness objectives). You’ll work in the Performance Media Team, playing a key role in driving measurable commercial outcomes primarily through paid social advertising on platforms such as Meta and Pinterest. You’ll also run some activity on display platforms such as DV360 and Quantcast.
What’s the job?
- Support the implementation, optimisation, and reporting of paid social and display campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and DSP platforms.
- Create campaigns and manage day-to-day execution and optimisation with a focus on direct-response objectives such as ROAS and revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues or identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative and supplier teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Assist in preparing post-campaign analysis, highlighting actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Help develop data-led campaign proposals and performance-focused media plans in response to briefs.
- Keep abreast of trends and innovations in display and paid social, helping drive continuous testing and optimisation.
- Contribute to budget tracking, campaign pacing, and support with general administrative tasks.
- Support the Display and Social Leads with the strategic plan and implement a testing roadmap.
What we need:
- 2 years’ experience in a hands-on paid social role.
- Proven experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and ideally DSP tools too.
- Strong analytical mindset – confident working with Excel or other data tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to deliver the best experience for our customers.
- Effective communicator and strong team player with a commercial mindset.
