B&Q Limited invites applications for the HR Pathway Programme – Permanent, a 36-month apprenticeship-style scheme based at our Southampton Head Office.

The programme offers CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications, with three rotations across HR functions in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will balance office-based work at the Store Support Office with apprenticeship learning, supported by a line manager, buddy and mentor, and will join a cohort focused on developing future HR leadership.
