The wider Analytics & Data Science team is growing to support more areas of the business. As part of this, we’re creating new analyst roles focused on Supply Chain & Logistics. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand real business challenges, translate them into analytical problems, and deliver insight that drives measurable impact - whether that’s improving availability, optimising stock flow, or enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Use data to uncover insights that drive better business decisions and improve supply chain and logistics performance.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations for operational stakeholders.

  • Deliver deep-dive analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and supporting decision-making at all levels.
  • Work collaboratively with analysts and data scientists to deliver scalable and impactful analytical solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven thinking across supply chain and logistics.

What we need:

  • Experience working with Supply Chain and/or Logistics in an analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Python and/or R (desirable).
  • Experience working in cloud-based data environments (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and compelling, actionable recommendations.
  • A track record of identifying opportunities to improve reporting and analytical processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across operational and commercial teams.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo to improve ways of working.
  • A proactive mindset — comfortable taking ownership, testing ideas, and driving improvements.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and integrity.

What's in it for me?
