We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Data Science team at an exciting time. Data is playing an increasingly important role across our business, shaping decisions across customer, loyalty, supply chain & logistics.

What's the job?
- Use data to uncover insights that drive better business decisions and improve customer outcomes
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders across Customer, Digital, Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams
- Tackle a wide range of business problems, from customer behaviour and performance optimisation to operational efficiency
- Deliver deep-dive analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and supporting decision-making at all levels
- Support experimentation and test-and-learn approaches, bringing creativity and new ideas to how we solve problems
- Work collaboratively with analysts and data scientists to deliver impactful analytical solutions
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and data-driven thinking
What we need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets
- SQL skills, with experience in Python and/or R (desirable)
- Experience working in cloud-based data environments (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
- The ability to translate data into clear insight and compelling storytelling
- A passion for understanding customers and putting them at the heart of decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across different areas of the business
- Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- A proactive mindset — not afraid to take risks, test ideas and try new approaches
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
