Overview

Full Time 36.75 hours per week Permanent Contract Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour B&Q Colchester.

What's the job?

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who knows every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.

  • Friendly and outgoing, with a buzz from helping others.
  • Willing to expand skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working.
  • Great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
