B&Q Chester is looking for a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a full-time basis to support TradePoint members with advice and product recommendations. This is a 4-month fixed-term contract at 36.75 hours per week, with shifts across 7.00am–8.00pm Monday to Sunday.
You will deliver great service, build relationships with trade customers, promote our loyalty scheme and promotions, and work as part of a team to drive value and ensure a positive customer experience.
