What’s the job?
- Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects.
- Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great.
- You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert advisor and guide to customers; build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Support sales targets while managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks presentable.
- Receive training in paint-mixing and timber cutting as part of role development.
- Deliver high-quality customer service as a primary objective.
