What\’s the job?
You’ll support our showroom teams & installers with the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless and professional service for our customers. Whether it be via phone, email, or face to face, you’ll keep our customers up to date with their projects until completion. You’ll also use design software to bring customer projects to life, asking questions and exploring possibilities. Confidence to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options is also important in this role.
What we need:
You’re great at using technology and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, working closely with colleagues & installers to ensure the best service on every project. You’re motivated by targets, a good problem-solver, and project manager with a keen eye for design. Flexibility to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
