Contract: Permanent (18.5‑36.75 hours per week) – Full‑time equivalent £29,256 per annum (inclusive of £1,547 annual allowance, location allowance) + pension + 6.6 weeks holiday.

Responsibilities
- Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Deploy colleagues correctly to make every customer count throughout your shift.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure the store remains safe at all times.

- Safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
