Showroom Project Coordinator

Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7.00am – 10.00pm
Full Time – 36.75 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract until 31/01/2026
UK Notional hourly rate £13.71 per hour

Responsibilities
- Support showroom teams & installers with the help and advice needed to deliver a seamless and professional service for our customers.
- Communicate via phone, email or face to face, keeping customers up to date with their projects until completion.
- Use design software to really bring customer projects to life, by asking questions and exploring possibilities.
- Recommend the right finance, products, and installation options.
Qualifications
- Great at using technology and possesses brilliant communication and relationship building skills.
- Work closely with colleagues & installers to ensure we deliver the best service on every project.
- Motivated by targets, a good problem-solver and project manager with a keen eye for design.
- Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
