Permanent contract – 18.5 hours per week. Full-time equivalent salary £28,741.44 per annum (incl. £0.54 per hour, store specific location allowance), pension, 6.6 weeks holiday.

Overview

Part‑time permanent contract, 18.5 hours per week, located in Brighton. The role involves leading the store during shifts, ensuring a safe working and shopping environment for colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Deploy colleagues to support the “make every customer count” objective throughout the shift.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain store safety and compliance at all times.
