Hours of Work: full time
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, liaise with suppliers, and ensure clients receive exceptional service.
- Proactively make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Process quotes and sales orders accurately, update CRM records diligently, and maintain excellent customer records.
- Resolve queries, provide feedback to the sales team, and contribute to continuous improvement in service standards.
Requirements:
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to help the business grow.
- Previous experience within an internal sales or similar role.
- Comfort in making proactive outbound calls and managing customer relationships.
