What we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in financial advice administration, understanding of back‑office systems, ideally IRESS XPLAN.
- Qualifications: Ideally financial services qualifications and minimum GCSE grades A‑C/1‑3 in Mathematics and English.
- Communication skills: Must communicate professionally with clients and providers.
- Hours: Full time permanent role, 37½ hours per week, based at Cardiff Gate office. Flexible working hours Monday‑Friday with core time system; part‑time role of 30 hours per week also possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update back‑office client records with precision.
- Handle sending and receiving information requests efficiently.
- Package and submit life, investment, and pension applications to providers.
- Accurately record new business and track applications through to issue.
- Manage the annual review diary to ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Assist with quarterly investment rebalances to keep clients’ portfolios in top shape.
