This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager based in the Holborn area. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of rental properties, acting as the key point of contact for tenants and landlords.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards
- Managing tenant communications and other day-to-day management tasks
The ideal candidate will foster positive landlord-tenant relationships while ensuring properties are maintained to high standards. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday between 9am-5:30pm.
