BPP is looking for a Financial Services Coach to support learners on the Level 3 Compliance & Risk Officer apprenticeship. This role is ideal for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Coach and support a cohort of apprentices through their programme and EPA
  • Deliver engaging online inductions and skills and behaviours sessions
  • Conduct regular coaching and progress review calls with learners and line managers
  • Provide high‑quality feedback against knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • Maintain accurate learner records and progress updates
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent learner experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment (risk/compliance preferred)
  • Coaching, mentoring or strong stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
  • Apprenticeship, teaching or training experience
  • Coaching or assessor qualification
  • Degree‑level education or professional body membership (e.g. CISI)
