At BPP, our Apprenticeship Onboarding Team sits at the heart of the learner journey, guiding apprentices and line managers seamlessly through the application process via our Join system. We make sure every learner is enrolled on the right programme quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with Department for Education (DfE) requirements.

Thanks to our continued growth and success, we’re expanding, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for 12 Apprenticeship Operations Executives to join the team. The roles are available as 3-month Fixed Term Contracts (with the possibility to extend) and all candidates would need to be available to join us from 8th June 2026.

During your time with us, you’ll receive full training and will learn all about the world of apprenticeships. You’ll be the driving force behind a smooth onboarding experience, supporting both clients and learners as they begin their apprenticeship journey.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will manage applications across the entire BPP Apprenticeship portfolio, assisting learners through the admissions and onboarding process. As such, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of applications through the full onboarding journey, making decisions to accept or reject an application based on set criteria
  • Collecting and verifying supporting documents such as VISAs, prior qualifications, job descriptions, contracts and funding arrangements
  • Ensuring all paperwork is compliant with regulatory bodies such as Ofsted and the DfE
  • Providing clear and tailored advice about the requirements and expectations of BPP’s apprenticeships and funding requirements
  • Ensuring accuracy in the student management system
  • Developing a detailed understanding of the apprenticeship funding rules set by the DfE and keep up to date with changes
  • Building knowledge of the UK VISA and Immigration’s policies and procedures
  • Building & maintaining excellent working relationships with key internal stakeholders such as account managers, academic leads and client service teams

How will this process work?

Should you be successfully shortlisted, the interview process will consist of the following stages:

  • Pre-screen call via MS Teams with the Talent Acquisition Team w/c 4th May
  • In-person Assessment Day at our Manchester Office on Tuesday 19th May 2026
