What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for coaching, support and assessment of apprentices on management training programmes. This includes coaching and mentoring and provision of high-quality support, guidance and feedback for not only the learners, but also the school.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- To provide a structured and appropriate development journey for learners.
- Facilitation of progress reviews between learners and their line management.
- Update relevant BPP Tracking systems with outputs and progress reviews.
- Tracking learner progress and arranging suitable intervention if needed.
- Providing suitable feedback to learners on progress, knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- Providing academic support, guidance and feedback on learner portfolios.
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Management and Leadership qualification – Level 3 or above
- Relevant coaching/ mentoring experience
- Time management and organisational skills
- High-level communication skills with both learners and stakeholders.
- Strong desire to build relationships
- Experience providing advice and guidance to others.
- An understanding and knowledge of apprenticeships.
The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
