Here at BPP Education Group we have a dedicated Legal team who work to ensure compliance, manage risk and provide legal support across the organisation. The team handles commercial contracts, regulatory matters, corporate governance and works closely with all departments to support BPP’s continued growth and success. An opportunity has arisen for a detail‑orientated individual to join the team as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, and delivering great service to the business.

What you’ll be doing: In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the Legal Team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with various stakeholders across the organisation to facilitate legal and compliance requirements. As such, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting due diligence checks on suppliers and maintaining supplier approval databases.
- Coordinating due diligence approvals and ensuring timely completion of compliance processes.
- Managing signature requests and coordinating document execution across departments.
- Processing invoices and supporting the Legal Team’s financial administration.
- Providing comprehensive day‑to‑day administrative support to the legal team, including letter writing and legal research tasks.
- Maintaining the legal contract repository.
What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Familiarity with MS Office and possessing a high level of IT competency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders in a helpful and professional manner.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A strong team‑working ethic and a can‑do attitude.
Skills, experience & qualifications required – Desirable:
- Experience of working in a professional administrative support role.
- Previous experience with due diligence processes / supplier management or working within a Legal Team would be advantageous but is not essential.
How will this process work? The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview and pre‑interview Excel Task – 60 minutes.
