BPP is looking for a Financial Services Coach to support learners on the Level 3 Compliance & Risk Officer apprenticeship. This role is ideal for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing talent.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and support a cohort of apprentices through their programme and EPA
- Deliver engaging online inductions and skills and behaviours sessions
- Conduct regular coaching and progress review calls with learners and line managers
- Provide high‑quality feedback against knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Maintain accurate learner records and progress updates
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an excellent learner experience
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment (risk/compliance preferred)
- Coaching, mentoring or strong stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- Apprenticeship, teaching or training experience
- Coaching or assessor qualification
- Degree‑level education or professional body membership (e.g. CISI)
