An opportunity has arisen for an engaging Apprenticeship Coach to work with students on our financial services programmes. You will help students set and meet their own personal targets, develop a growth mindset and also help prepare them for end-point assessment.

What you’ll be doing: In this role you will act as the primary support for students on financial services programmes. As such, you will be responsible for:
- Book and attend regular coaching calls and provide prompt feedback to assignments within SLA's.
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progression.
- Ensure a high standard of written communication, demonstrating good spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Help students identify development areas, set goals and establish plans to achieve them.
- Manage own workload and keep calendar updated.
- Work with students as required to help them to successfully complete the programme.
- Effectively undertake any other duties as required.
What experience you’ll need: To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Proven experience in a senior capacity within the Insurance sector is essential.
- Experience working within financial services or any FCA regulated organisation.
- Experience coaching or training others.
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem solving skills and proven ability to work autonomously.
- Confident with written communication and a high standard of spelling, grammar and punctuation.
How will this process work? The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes.
