You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day sales and purchase ledger accounting activities as part of the Accounts Team., Other key benefits include our Group Personal Pension Plan, dedicated private healthcare and dental plans that offer additional assurance to look after you and your family. What you'll be doing In this role you will support the Accounts Team by carrying out day-to-day sales and purchase ledger accounting activities. As such, you will be responsible for:
- Manual sales invoicing
- Processing automatic sales invoicing
- Purchase ledger input
- Credit control
- Communicating and liaising, both verbally and in writing, with customers, suppliers and relevant staff
- Banking BACS and credit card payments
- Maintaining accurate records on SAGE
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas, Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping - Experience using SAGE, Excel and Word
- Strong organisational skills
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths
- Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach

- Previous accounts experience
