- What you’ll be doing
The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights and analysis that drive Group wide transformation initiatives.
It supports the adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions to create measurable commercial and operational impact.
This role is outcome-driven, focused on translating data and analytics into tangible business value and supporting the execution of the Group transformation strategy.
The role owns the link between transformation activity and financial value, validating that initiatives translate into EBITDA impact in line with the Group’s private equity value creation plan.
As such, you will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data, analytics and insights on ongoing transformation initiatives.
- Define and monitor success measures, KPIs and benefits realisation for initiatives.
- Support Group wide transformation planning by tracking interdependencies, risks and outcomes across the portfolio.
- Highlight gaps, risks or underperforming initiatives and provide recommendations to optimise value delivery.
- Own and maintain the EBITDA bridge for the transformation portfolio, linking initiative outcomes to Group financial performance.
- Validate hard versus soft savings and ensure benefits are evidenced, credible and signed off at initiative level.
- Support gatekeeping of new initiatives into the portfolio, with a clear view of expected value.
- Ensure benefits and value measures align with the CFO and the private equity value creation model.
- Support the AI adoption strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation and analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Translate AI and digital insights into measurable impact on cost, productivity, student experience and revenue growth.
- Track and report commercial and operational outcomes from AI enabled initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, models and analytical frameworks to track transformation outcomes and inform executive decision-making.
- Support cross functional engagement to ensure initiatives deliver tangible value and comply with regulatory, operational and customer requirements.
- What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
Skills, experience & qualifications required - Essential
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong data analytics experience, including Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools to analyse business performance and transformation impact.
- Experience developing financial / business cases, ROI analysis and commercial impact assessments for transformation initiatives.
- Ability to quantify value creation, including cost-to-serve reduction, productivity gains, revenue uplift and operational efficiency improvements.
- Experience of benefits realisation and EBITDA / value tracking, ideally in a private equity backed or value creation plan environment.
- Comfort partnering with Finance / CFO teams on savings validation and benefit sign-off.
- Commercial acumen and ability to quantify business impact of initiatives.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Collaborative mindset, working across business, technology and functional boundaries.
- Certifications in analytics, AI or transformation management are advantageous.
