An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and passionate practitioner to join the team as an Associate Postgraduate Healthcare Lecturer. You will be responsible for delivering high quality learning at postgraduate level, teaching and shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver innovative and high‑quality teaching and learning at postgraduate level that reflect the current skills and capability requirements of healthcare employers.
  • Prepare and deliver a high‑quality learning experience following pre‑prepared content as well as assessing students’ work in a marking capacity.
  • Maintain a sophisticated understanding of the current skills and capability requirements of the Healthcare industry, as well as key health developments.
  • Ensure that students are appropriately supported and provided with timely and constructive guidance for their academic development.
  • Accurate and timely record keeping, with a focus on maintaining a working relationship between the Trust and BPP.
  • Ensuring that all academic policies and procedures of the BPP University are adhered to.
  • Bring professional expertise and an understanding of the current healthcare landscape into teaching and learning.
  • Work closely with Operational Teams and Module Leaders.
