What you’ll be doing
Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you’ll design and manage automated journeys that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with hands-on experience in marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lifecycle messaging. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
What we’re looking for
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Marketo, or Emarsys
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and inbound marketing best practices
