BPP Law School invites you to join our dynamic team of law tutors and help develop the legal professionals of tomorrow.What You’ll DoA Law School Tutor has the following core areas of responsibility:* Teaching on a range of law school programmes and subjects as required* Creating and marking assessment materials* Contributing to curriculum development work, including scholarship and innovation, planning and evaluation and updating programme materials* Providing pastoral support and guidance of students and/or skills development coaching on relevant programmes and modules* Ensuring regulatory compliance with BPP systems and processes* Contributing to internal and external BPP marketing, business development, outreach and employability activities.What we’re looking for* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales* Strong practice experience in Dispute Resolution* Educated to postgraduate level* High personal standards of accuracy and attention to detail* A willingness to listen and seek out the opinion of others* Ability to work well as part of a team* Strong skills in organisation, planning, prioritisation* Able to deal with difficult/sensitive issues and manage conflict* Evidence of CPDA teaching career that is one of the most varied in the legal education sector.Alongside teaching, you’ll be involved in marking assessments and providing pastoral support. You may have the opportunity to develop content and curriculum.You could also have the opportunity to contribute to internal and external marketing, business development, outreach and employability activities.We have a full induction plan to provide you the tools you need to join us as a Law Tutor.
