# Freelance Learning Designer## Job Introduction**Freelance Learning Designer**Here at BPP Education Group an opportunity has arisen for a diligent and experienced individual to join the team as a Freelance Learning Designer. You will be responsible for creating high-quality learning materials that drive performance and engagement across digital and blended formats.**What you’ll be doing** We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer to design engaging, impactful learning experiences. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, facilitators, and stakeholders to create high-quality learning materials that drive performance and engagement across digital and blended formats.As such, you will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities* Design and develop learning experiences (e-learning, virtual, and classroom) aligned with learning objectives and business goals.* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging, learner-centred content.* Use learning technologies and authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360, Rise to develop digital content.* Ensure learning solutions are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in instructional design best practice.* Make changes based on feedback from SME reviews, using templates provided* Creating webinar slides using PowerPoint**What we’re looking for**To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:Skills & Experience* Proven experience in learning design or instructional design.* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning trends.* Proficiency with learning design tools and LMS platforms.* Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.**Please note** that the successful candidate will be required to undergo an academic check.*BPP Education Group are proud to be a Disability Confident employer so if you need any reasonable adjustments for the interview process, please just let us know!**BPP Education Group actively promotes equality of opportunity for all with the right mix of talent, skills and potential, and welcomes applications from a wide range of candidates.
