What you’ll be doing
This exciting role offers a diverse range of opportunities for individuals who are eager to develop a career in education. Whether you are a qualified professional or an experienced tutor seeking a new and rewarding path, you will provide high-quality, exam-focused expertise and student support.
BPP believes in a flexible teaching environment; while face-to-face delivery remains a core part of the role, there is a significant amount of online teaching available. Additionally, there are opportunities to engage in developing courseware, delivering training sessions for corporate clients, and account management.
What experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent
- Strong planning and organisational skills, consistently producing high-quality work within deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written – to engage your students
- Commitment to achieving results, including success in classroom delivery, pass rates, and meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Embrace of continuous learning, both for personal development and to encourage students\’ growth
- Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided
How will this process work?
The interview process for this position will consist of the following stages:
- Competency style interview with two team members – 60 minutes.
- A follow-up interview with a delivery task to assess your ability to teach.

The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS and Children\’s Barred List check as well as a professional qualifications check.
