# AWARD LEADER## Job Introduction**Award Leader****Shaping the Future of Legal Education**At BPP University Law School, we are committed to delivering an exceptional student experience and have a reputation for excellence in professional education built on a proven ability to offer students the skills they need to succeed in a legal career.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated individual to join us as an Award Leader.**What You’ll Do**As part of a team of three Award Leaders you will collectively lead our Legal Apprenticeship Programmes contributing to effective programme delivery, quality assurance, PSRB compliance and continuous improvement, whilst individually having responsibility for our Level 5 learners.You will be part of a wider and supportive Programmes Team consisting of Award Leaders, who each lead a designated Programme and Heads of Curriculum and Development who are responsible for the Law School’s Curriculum. Within the Programmes Team, Award Leaders focus on the operational delivery and quality assurance of individual programmes and Heads of Curriculum and Development ensure strategic alignment, quality assurance, academic excellence, consistency and innovation in teaching, learning and assessment across the entire programme portfolio.
