Here at BPP Education Group an opportunity has arisen within School of Technology for a detailed and methodical individual to join the team as an Academic Administrator. You will be responsible for helping the scheduling and faculty team, with assessments, registers and scheduling

What you’ll be doing
In this role you will be responsible for helping the scheduling and faculty team, with assessments, registers and scheduling.
As such, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up marksheets & Assessment folders ahead of marking periods.
- Checking non-submissions from learners and raising with coaching team.
- Making folders available to External Examiners ahead of Exam boards taking place.
- General queries around assessments and learner submissions.
- Monitoring & tracking the progress of marking/moderation.
- Creating Results reports for client teams & coaching team.
- Collating all results for the Exams team ahead of a scheduled board.
- Tracking & Reporting on Attendance
- Chasing absent learners
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
Skills, experience & qualifications required – Essential
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to manage/prioritise own workload
