As we continue to grow, transform and embrace new ways of working, we’re looking for two experienced and commercially minded Strategic HR Partners to join our team in London and Manchester.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll help shape and deliver people strategies that support ambitious business goals, organisational performance and long-term success.
These newly created roles will complement our existing HR team, operating at a strategic level, with a progressive and commercially focused remit.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing business performance through strategic workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, succession planning, and cultural transformation.

- What You'll Be Doing
- In this role you will report directly to the UK HR Director and be responsible for:
- Partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business priorities, growth plans and organisational performance.
- Acting as a trusted adviser, coach and challenger, influencing decision-making through insight, data and commercial understanding.
- Developing workforce strategies that support business growth, productivity and evolving ways of working.
- Leading workforce planning activities, identifying future capability needs, critical roles and succession risks.
- Using workforce analytics, market intelligence and business insight to shape strategic people decisions.
- Leading organisational design and role design initiatives to ensure structures and capabilities support business objectives.
- Driving organisational effectiveness by improving workforce utilisation, management capability and decision-making.
- Supporting major transformation programmes, including AI adoption, operating model change and workforce redesign.
- Coaching leaders through change, helping maintain engagement, performance and organisational trust.
- Leading succession planning discussions and strengthen leadership pipelines for key and future-critical roles.
- Championing culture, engagement and inclusion initiatives that create high-performing teams and support long-term organisational success.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Significant HR business partnering experience, ideally in a complex, matrixed, commercial, education, professional services or people-led organisation.
- Proven experience operating at a senior strategic level around workforce planning, organisation design, transformation, leadership capability or complex change activity.
- Ability to build strong and successful working relationships with senior and executive leaders, providing coaching, insight, constructive challenge and trusted advice.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret business, financial, operational and workforce data.
- Good understanding of workforce trends, future skills, AI-enabled change, organisation effectiveness, leadership capability and employee engagement.
- Ability to balance commercial priorities, employee experience and organisational risk.
- Skilled at influencing across boundaries and connecting business leaders with HR Delivery, Organisational Development, Reward, Talent, Internal Communications and other specialist People teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in working on integration of acquisitions would be advantageous.
