BPP Accountancy Leeds is seeking an experienced HR Programme Manager to lead HR apprenticeships delivery and learner support. The role focuses on line management of HR coaches, QA of coaching and assessment, and shaping EPA strategy to ensure quality outcomes.

Based in the UK and fully home-based with travel for client meetings, team gatherings and conferences, you will recruit and onboard capable HR coaches, oversee inductions, and work with client services and relationship managers to maintain.
