Role Overview

As a result of continuing company expansion and growth plans, we are now looking to recruit a sales professional to join the internal sales team at this market leading engineering manufacturer. Based from the Eastbourne / Hailsham / Polegate area office, you will help convert the many inbound sales orders into actual sales; working closely with customers to understand their specific technical needs and then liaise with internal engineering, design and manufacturing teams to put together the right proposal. From there, you will follow up with customers to get the sale over the line. This really is the PERFECT sales role. NO COLD CALLING; as a market leader, the customer wants your product; and you are rewarded with a superb starting basic salary of £35,000 plus a guaranteed 10% bonus and also an additional uncapped performance related sales bonus. This role offers a hybrid working one day a week from home to people wanting that flexibility; but for the remainder of the week, you'll be working in a busy internal sales team, qualifying and responding to customer enquiries and play a vital role as this award winning manufacturer continues to expand. Candidate Requirements

We are looking for motivated and driven internal sales professionals with some experience in a similar role. Ideally, you work closely with customers, provide a technical quote/estimate and follow up, managing a wide variety of orders to get them over the line. Living locally in the Polegate, Hailsham and Eastbourne area, candidates should be excellent communicators and have a "right first time" approach. If you have experience working in an internal sales office environment as a sales executive, internal sales engineer, technical sales advisor, business development manager, account manager or similar skilled sales professional, apply now.
