As an Experienced Associate in our CAAS practice, you’ll gain direct exposure to senior business leaders at globally recognized, high-growth technology businesses as you develop into a trusted advisor and technical expert focusing on providing accounting & assurance support services for our clients. You’ll have support from those that have been through the process before, from trainee through to Partner, as you receive tailored training, on the job experience and client facing opportunities from early on in your career.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle accounting for multiple clients including A/P, A/R, & General Ledger maintenance.
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities such as preparing journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, & revenue recognition tasks.
- Perform compilation & reviews of clients’ financial statements including balance sheet & income statement review.
- Provide financial insights and advisory support to key client stakeholders ensuring timely communication & deliverables.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for financial updates, trends, risk, & process improvements to ensure smooth efficiency of client’s financial operations.
- Research and resolve complex accounting issues in accordance with UK GAAP, US GAAP, or additional accounting guidelines to ensure consistent compliance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role.
- Qualified or Part-Qualified in a relevant professional qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, AAT, or other relevant certifications).
- Experience with broad technology stacks, international businesses, & client relationship management.
- Prior working experience in a professional services/consulting environment highly desired.
