We’re looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a small, collaborative team providing technical support across a business-critical booking software platform.
Working as part of a team of three, you’ll handle a steady flow of support queries from internal teams, customers and external users, primarily through Jira, email and a virtual agent. You’ll investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, coordinate with internal teams and third parties, and make sure fixes and queries are followed through to resolution.
The role also includes daily operational checks, including AM/PM tasks and monitoring and restarting virtual agent services where required.
Develop your technical knowledge, including basic SQL troubleshooting and fixes
This is a role with genuine scope to develop. As your technical knowledge grows, you could move towards ITSM, Technical/Product Support, Development or Engineering, with opportunities to take on more advanced SQL fixes and technical troubleshooting.
