Solution Consultant / Project Lead

We're recruiting for a growing software company looking for a technically strong Solution Consultant / Project Lead to join its Professional Services team.
/n
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll lead software implementations from design through to go-live, manage project delivery, and provide post-implementation support. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party ERP providers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects
/n
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications
/n
- Deliver integrations with ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP and MRI
/n
- Work with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
/n
- Coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party partners
/n
- Provide 2nd line support, upgrades and system migrations
/n
- Drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement
/n
/n
About You
/n
You'll have experience in software implementation or technical consultancy and be confident leading customer projects.
/n
You'll also bring:
/n
/n
- Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
/n
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
/n
- Technical skills in SQL, JavaScript or PowerShell
/n
- Experience with APIs, integrations or system deployments
/n
- ERP integration experience is highly desirable
/n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
/n
