Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous recherchons un(e) chef(fe) d’équipe mécanique et carrossier polyvalent (F/H) basé(e) à Gond-Pontouvre (16). Rattaché(e) au Responsable de site, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Réaliser l’ensemble des interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective des véhicules militaires : entretien courant et périodique, diagnostic, dépose-pose, contrôle et réglage d’ensembles mécaniques.
- Réaliser des interventions incluant un diagnostic de premier niveau.
- Poser des accessoires sur les véhicules militaires.
- Participer à l’organisation et à la gestion de la maintenance.
- Exécuter les travaux notifiés sur l’ordre de réparation en respectant les méthodes de réparation définies par le constructeur et la concession.
- Déposer et redresser les éléments de carrosserie endommagés.
- Réparer des éléments plastiques.
- Assurer le remplacement d’éléments soudés.
- Réaliser l’ensemble des activités peinture : réalisation de la teinte et application.
- Contrôler le travail de l’équipe pour le bon déroulement de la prestation.
- Organiser et réaliser le travail en atelier dans le respect des consignes, des procédures techniques et de sécurité.
- Superviser et diriger une équipe.
- Répartir les tâches et définir les priorités de ses collaborateurs.
- Distribuer et contrôler le travail de l’équipe.
- Réaliser les entretiens de ses collaborateurs.
