Au sein de la Direction Juridique & Conformité du Groupe BPM (DJC), vous évoluerez dans le pôle conformité et protection des données du groupe. A ce titre, vous découvrirez les missions de chargé(e) de conformité sur les questions d’éthique des affaires (notamment l’anti-blanchiment, l’anti-corruption, les pratiques anticoncurrentielles, …) ainsi que celles de la protection des données à caractère personnel. Vous serez ainsi amené(e) à conseiller et accompagner l’ensemble des collaborateurs de l’entreprise sur ces domaines.
Vos Missions principales :
- Vous participerez à veiller à ce que l'entreprise soit en conformité avec toutes les réglementations en vigueur sur le plan local et international, ainsi qu’au respect des procédures du Groupe avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
- Durant votre stage, vos missions consisteront notamment à participer à la définition, l’élaboration, la mise en place et l’enrichissement du programme de Conformité & Ethique du Groupe, tant en France que pour les filiales étrangères.
- Contribuer à l’établissement et mise à jour des cartographies des risques.
- Animer le réseau de relais Compliance & Ethic.
- Réaliser des évaluations de tiers (procédures KYC).
- Améliorer et diffuser les bonnes pratiques en matière de conformité et d’éthique.
- Former et sensibiliser nos collaborateurs aux pratiques Compliance & Ethic.
- Accompagner le DPO groupe dans la réalisation de ses missions, par exemple en participant aux revues contractuelles sur la partie protection des données personnelles.
- Participer à la veille portant sur le respect des mesures de sanctions économiques internationales ainsi que sur l’actualité juridique propre à l’éthique des affaires et à la protection des données personnelles.
Durée du stage : 2 mois minimum. Peut aller jusqu’à 6 mois.
Lieu du stage : Siège BPM, à Ingré (Loiret 45). Des déplacements ponctuels seront à prévoir avec l’équipe en place.
