Rattaché(e) au responsable Magasin, vous accompagnez un Magasinier-Vendeur. Vous avez pour missions principales :
- Accueil et conseil de la clientèle (pièces, pompages, accessoires)
- Suivi des promotions, propositions de devis
- Préparation des marchandises et des commandes pour le service client et l’atelier
- Gestion des sorties de pièces
- Assistance aux techniciens atelier dans la recherche de pièces
- Réception des marchandises, rangement des commandes et contrôles (bons de commande, bons de livraison…)
- Gestion des stocks et de l’espace libre-service (réapprovisionnement, niveaux, références, inventaires)
- Facturation, encaissement, mise à jour du fichier client
Vous effectuez vos missions dans le strict respect de toutes les règles de sécurité définies au sein de l'entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vous communiquez les informations et les dysfonctionnements que vous constatez dans un objectif de prévention.
