Au sein de la Direction juridique & conformité du Groupe BPM, et rattaché(e) au Responsable Juridique du Pôle Droit des Affaires & Contrats, vous accompagnez activement la direction et les équipes opérationnelles de l’entreprise dans le cadre de ses activités (B2B et B2C) et leur développement dans le domaine de la distribution multicanale de véhicules automobiles (VP, VL, VI, VU, équipements et engins agricoles, engins TP; marques généralistes, premium et luxe). Vous accompagnez et sécurisez nos activités et relations contractuelles en France, Suisse et Principauté de Monaco avec une approche de prévention et de maîtrise des risques.

Vous contribuez à prévenir et à maîtriser les risques ainsi qu’à limiter leurs conséquences financières, notamment, dans les domaines du droit économique, commercial, consommation, distribution et concurrence, contrats, financements. A ce titre, vos principales missions sont:

  • SĂ©curiser, sur le plan juridique, les nĂ©gociations et la rĂ©daction des engagements contractuels des entitĂ©s du Groupe: fournisseurs, prestataires et clients, dans le respect des seuils et règles d’engagements du Groupe;
  • Apporter conseil et support Ă  la Direction ainsi qu’aux Ă©quipes opĂ©rationnelles du rĂ©seau pour toutes questions, notamment relevant du droit Ă©conomique et commercial (distribution, consommation, concurrence, etc.);
  • Participer Ă  la gestion et Ă  la rĂ©solution de contentieux dans votre domaine d’intervention et dans le cadre de la stratĂ©gie dĂ©finie par l’entreprise;
  • RĂ©aliser une veille juridique des Ă©volutions lĂ©gislatives, règlementaires et jurisprudentielles, en particulier en matière de droit de la distribution, consommation et de la concurrence;
  • Veiller Ă  assurer, en interne, la diffusion des bonnes pratiques juridiques et contractuelles; Ă©tablir des mĂ©morandum et notes de synthèse d'information destinĂ©es aux Ă©quipes de direction et Ă©quipes opĂ©rationnelles concernĂ©es;
  • GĂ©rer la relation avec les clients internes et les conseils du Groupe;
  • Participer Ă  la formation des Ă©quipes internes;
  • Participer Ă  l’élaboration et au suivi de processus internes et transversaux;
  • Contribuer activement au reporting du PĂ´le Droit des Affaires & Contrats et plus globalement, de la direction juridique & conformitĂ© du Groupe dont vous ĂŞtes l’un/l’une des ambassadeurs/ambassadrices tant en interne qu’en externe.

Poste en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible et basé à notre siège social d'INGRE avec des déplacements ponctuels sur sites. Rémunération selon profil et expérience.
