Rattaché(e) au service commercial véhicules neufs et occasions de la concession, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Gérer les dossiers (VN et/ou VO) en lien avec les commerciaux : suivi des commandes, gestion des approvisionnements, facturation, gestion des immatriculations, relances, livraison des véhicules….,
- Saisir des informations dans le logiciel de gestion,
- Accueillir et renseigner les interlocuteurs, réceptionner et traiter le courrier, gérer le standard téléphonique,
- Classer et archiver des documents,
- Assurer le lien entre les membres de l’équipe commerciale, la direction et les autres services.
Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible. Nous vous proposons un contrat CDI, avec rémunération fixe selon expérience ainsi que prime variable mensuelle.
