Back Office BPM Construction Environment – BPM Construction Rent :

  • Accueil téléphonique via numéros dédiés par BU
  • Prise en charge et gestion back-office des bons de commandes machines et des documents annexes (extension de garanties, Komatsu Care, KPDF, etc.)
  • S’assurer de la réception des accords de financement avant livraison machine
  • Analyse des frais (écarts entre budgétés et réels)
  • Édition du bilan d’affaires
  • Transferts des OR vers le service magasin et atelier (commandes / installation des équipements)
  • Suivi des aides constructeur – SIA – Claim centralisés
  • Mission d’interface envers les usines pour disponibilités et livraisons machines
  • Commande machines dans l’interface web du constructeur (via Komatsu)
  • Facturation matériels neufs et gestion des encaissements (relance téléphonique ou mail à J+2)
  • Gestion du parc Clients et affaires via IMob Contact
  • Rédaction des offres commerciales et contrats (prêt, formation, démonstration, location, mise à disposition, etc.)
  • Vérification et conformité des analyses de ventes
  • Utilisation de l’interface Web des constructeurs et ERP Irium
  • Gestion des encaissements (relance téléphonique ou mail à J+2)
  • Suivi des affaires (gagnées, perdues, sans suite) via IMob Contact
  • Création et facturation des contrats d’entretien
  • Participation et rédaction du compte-rendu de la réunion hebdomadaire inter-service
